Hello! I"m Julie Carter and since 2008, I've been immersed in the world of real estate, and I've never looked back. With a background in interior design and growing up in a family-run construction company, I feel like I've got a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Three years ago, I took on the role of Managing Broker and founded Desert & Pine Homes, a boutique agency offering high-end, full concierge services in Washington and Arizona.

My passion lies in helping clients become snowbirds, finding sweat equity in flip houses, or giving their properties that design edge to get top dollar. With over 16 years of experience, I'm dedicated to helping clients win in every transaction. Seeing the continued growth of our agency and the caliber of agents we employ is truly inspiring.

Outside of work, I'm happily married to my husband Corey, and we're proud parents to three beautiful children: Ashley, Allison, and Chloe. Balancing family life with my career is important to me, and I'm grateful to have found a way to thrive in both aspects of my life.
