One of the most important roles in your home purchase is your lender and we have great relationships with local lenders who we trust can get your transaction to closing. We suggest you start working with them very early in the process so that you set yourself up for success and can compete in today’s market against other buyers.

As a seller, our ultimate goal is to get highest possible sale price for your home. To do that, the time spent preparing your home prior to listing it is critical. Starting the preparation weeks or months before you are ready to sell (if possible) is ideal. We start with a visit to your home to provide an assessment of its condition and “sales readiness.” We suggest maintenance, repairs, decluttering, sprucing up inside and out so that it shines when it’s time to list it. Then we provide a full comparative market analysis so that we price your home to sell. No one wants to underprice a home, obviously, but over pricing it is just as detrimental. The price you get and the speed at which you get an offer is a factor of condition, price, and marketing – those are the only things we have control over.

When your house is ready to go, we market your home through professional photography, videography, targeted neighborhood and regional marketing, social media, database marketing, open houses, signage, flyers and more.
